This is my FLOOR PLAN

I like this floor plan except the STUDY, It seems too big and waste of space, We don't need that big STUDY.  But then what is my no cost alternative suggestion without going for any upgrade?

We did few alterations to the plan, Front room will be our living room and back room going to be the theater room. That will do...

This is my slab

Nearly 60 Piers are there, This must be the reason I had to pay $8000 site cost variation at the end. Originally they quote $6500 as fixed site costs and i did not notice there is a catch clause under the fixed site cost of PWC stating that owner is liable for engineering discrepancies. So last minute Boutique found out  that with developers original subdivision and their engineering report. Whose fault? I do not know but who paid the price and suffered at the end??

 Now the total site cost is $14500.

Anyway it is past now. I reckon if they gonna put this many piers, then end site cost is may be bit reasonable figure. But they came with this at the last minute after every thing. That is why I got upset. Had I know this earlier I wouldn't go for few upgrades we made.

1st step.


 finally the first step of construction is done after 1 1/2 years from the first visit to the land developer and 10 months from signing PWC with boutique. 
The temp toilet is in my lot with Boutique sign board and they said they gonna start construction on 18/09/14

we tried to change this door but we were bit late, I am ok with this but my Mrs does not like this door
